Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for fees in relation to Customs, duties, taxes and any handling fees due when passing through Customs in your destination country.
We cannot give you exact figure on how much these fees will be, as they vary depending on each countries authority.
We would advise you to contact your relevant authorities for further information.
Delays – Parcel can be held in customs due to processing of these charges and these are completely out of our control – therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Please make sure that your information is correct when placing your order as we will need this information for your customs documentation (Name, Address, Telephone Number) – if any information is entered incorrectly please contact us immediately – missing information or errors can lead to delays with customs and additional charges.
Declaration – we accurately declare the contents of your parcel to the value of your order for your customs documentation.
Payment of Fees
In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fees due on your parcel, it may be returned to Grey & Blush or else destroyed. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs and fees incurred with this return.
Returned Parcels – if your order is not delivered because of fees not paid or issues with customs, we will deduct any fees incurred (customs/shipping) from your order total – original shipping charges are non-refundable.
