Grey & Blush 14 day Returns Policy

We operate a strict 14 day returns policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you wish to make a Return or Exchange – returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order, or the first day delivery was attempted and for us to receive your order back within those 14 days.

*All returns are subject to a £1 processing fee per item returned, which is deducted from your refund.

How to make a return – Please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and which item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and we will send you all the information you need.

*Please allow us 48 hours to respond Monday-Friday (please note emails are not replied to on Weekends, Evenings or UK Bank Holidays).

**If you have not heard from us in 48 hours (this may be longer over a weekend/Bank Holiday) and we have not advised you of a longer response time with our out of office reply, then please – check your junk folder and check you have emailed the correct email address. If you have received no email, then please contact us on Instagram DM’s – Thank you!

Returns Eligibility

The Item(s) must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed with no damage, signs of wear, odour (smoke, perfume, deodorant, dog hair) stains (makeup, fake tan, deodorant) with all original tags attached and original packaging.

Returns received after the 14 days may be issued with a store credit or sent back to the customer at their cost.

Items marked as ‘Sale’ are return for a Store Credit only *returns eligibility applies.

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Ordered in / Pre ordered items are a return for an exchange / store credit only.

Made to Order items are a return for an exchange / store credit only.

Items marked as *reduced/marked/seconds are return for an exchange / store credit only.

Unauthorised returns will be issued with a Store Credit or returned to the customer at their cost.

Quality Checks

Items are quality checked on return to ensure it meets our return eligibility.

If approved you will receive an automated email once your refund is processed.

Exchanges – you will receive a new dispatch email with your new tracking number once your exchange has been shipped (please allow us 2 days to process exchanges).

If your return is rejected you will be contacted by email.

Return Shipping

At this time, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and your parcel is your responsible until it reaches us, so we would advise sending a insured and tracked service – further information is given on our returns email.

Your original shipping charge is not refunded.

Returns can only be returned with Royal Mail.

Returns received with fees due will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any fees incurred with International Orders will not be refunded if you return your order. We would advise for you to contact your local authority.

Refunds

*All returns are subject to a £1 processing fee per item returned, which is deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the same payment in which your original purchase was made, minus your original shipping charge and processing fee.

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed from when we received your return *may be longer at busier times.

The funds may take up to 14 business days to show back into your account depending.

Store Credits

Please allow us 7 days to process your return once received and your store credit information will be sent to you by email *may be longer at busier times.

These are valid for 3 months from issue and cannot be used to buy Gift Cards.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges if our exchange criteria is met (this information will be sent via email when an exchange is requested).

Please note – if an exchange is taken and any further returns/exchanges are needed, the exchange postage fee will be deducted from any refunds due.

Please allow us a 2-3 days to process your exchange.

We do not offer exchanges on International Orders.

Faulty Items

All our items are checked upon packing, however in the unlikely event you have received a faulty items, please contact us at returns@greyandblush.com within 2 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the fault.
This is at our discretion.

Returned Parcels

Parcels returned due to being rejected, returned to sender or not collected will be issued with a refund minus original postage charges and any fees incurred.

Lost Parcels

Please check your tracking in your dispatch email as parcels may be left in a safe place/or with a neighbour.

In the unlikely event your parcel is lost/damaged on its way to you – please allow us time to investigate and be in contact with Royal Mail.

Lost parcels are not classed as lost until after a certain timeframe and we do have to wait for this period to pass before we can action any claims.

Changes to Returns Policy

Grey & Blush reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time and any changes will be effective immediately.

By placing an order with Grey & Blush you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 14 day returns policy.
