Where do you ship?
Currently the UK & Ireland.  Europe – please message us if you are interested in placing an order.

How does Special Delivery work?
We ship orders usually the next day after you have placed your order (Monday to Friday).  So if you order on Monday and pay for Special Delivery, we will ship on Tuesday and it should be with you Wednesday by 1pm.  If you order on Friday, this will not be sent until Monday.  If you order over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the Monday and received on the Tuesday (as long as there is no strikes and that we are shipping on those days).

Will you ever ship Internationally?
We was shipping to Europe but have encountered some issues with customers not paying their Customs Fees and parcels being returned/destroyed – this also means we have to pay extra fees.  Please message us if you’d like to place an order.  USA/Dubai/Australia – we can get you a quote but it’s unfortunately so expensive.

Can I add to my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped and you contact us straight away we can arrange with you to add to your order.

How long is shipping?
We aim to ship your order the next day (Monday to Friday).
UK – We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders which is 2-3 working days, Tracked 24 1-2 working days.
Please note these timeframes are a guide and not guaranteed unless you use Special Delivery.
Ireland – Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed 3-5 days (please note Ireland parcels are taking longer than expected).
Europe – We ship via UPS and delivery times vary from 3-10 working days depending on your location.
UK – We can send your order Special Delivery (a next day service Monday-Friday) if you need an item more urgently and you are happy to pay the extra shipping cost – please message us so we can advise you further.

I haven’t received my Order Confirmation or Dispatch email?
Please check your junk/spam folders as it may go into that folder – you would need to go into your junk/spam folder as searching doesn’t bring them up.
If you cannot find your Order Confirmation and no money has been taken from your payment method then your order hasn’t been processed – please place the order again.

I’ve emailed you for sizing help and not had a reply?
Please check your junk/spam folders – we always reply to our emails.

I’ve signed up to your Newsletter, but I’ve not received an email?
Please check your junk/spam email folder (you need to go into the folder as searching your emails doesn’t bring them up) if it’s not there, please contact us so we can look into this further.

Will an item be re-stocked?
Sometimes we are able to get a re-stock but not on all items unfortunately. So we say if you see it and love it then buy it as we may not be able to get anymore.  You can sign up to the back in stock and you will be emailed if the item is re-stocked.
However please feel free to message us regarding an item and we will do our best to advise you.

Do you have a Size guide?
We add a guide to each item we will sell as each item is so different. We do our best to give the best description on sizing.  If you do wish to ask any questions on sizing please feel free to message us.

One Size?
A lot of items come as a one size piece.  As long as you are within the sizes the item should fit depending on how you like your clothes to fit.  Being a small the smaller end if may be a little oversized, being at the larger end it may be more fitted.

Do you accept returns?
Yes we accept returns for a refund as long as our terms and conditions are adhered too – please see our refund policy page

Will I receive Customs charges for Ireland?
Northern Ireland is part of the UK but any parcel for Ireland will incur a VAT plus handing fee charge from Royal Mail.  These are to be paid for by the Customer – so please check you are happy with these fees before you place an order.

Will I receive Customs charges for Europe?
Yes, as the UK is no longer part of the EU you will receive customs and a handling fee when the parcel enters your country.  These are to be paid for by the Customer – so please check you are happy to pay these before placing an order.

How long is your Sale on for?
Items that go into the Sale will not be re-stocked therefore they will remain on sale until they are sold out.
